𝐄𝐧𝐠.Basheer Mohammad Khdier ,a visionary leader with more than 25 years of experience at the highest levels of military aviation, engineering, and strategic command.
A decorated aviation executive and senior officer of the Royal Jordanian Air Force, brings unmatched expertise in, C-130 maintenance, F-16 modernization, international defense collaboration, and regulatory excellence.
With a foundation in telecommunications and electronic engineering from the Hellenic Air Force Academy, and leadership shaped by decades of service and global training, Brig. Gen.Eng. Basheer is perfectly positioned to steer JAC’s future.
His strategic mindset and deep technical expertise , particularly in supporting platform such as the C-130 will be instrumental in strengthening JAC’s position as a regional leader in military and special mission aircraft MRO.
A significant highlight of Brig. Gen. Eng. Basheer’s career has been his deep involvement in the maintenance, oversight, and operational readiness of VVIP aircraft; where excellence is non-negotiable and attention to detail is paramount. His proven ability to manage high-stakes aviation programs for senior leadership equips him with a unique perspective on precision, discretion, and premium service standards. This background will play a key role in elevating JAC’s customer experience, ensuring that every client regardless of project size, receives service that reflects the highest levels of care, quality, and professionalism.
